2014-Present: Served as volunteer State Director for the Convention of States Project which is the largest and fastest growing nationwide grassroots Article V convention movement in US history and is aimed at reining in the power and jurisdiction of the federal government and returning power back to the states.
2013-Present: Served as volunteer board member for the Coalition of Energy Users (CEU), a non-profit advocating for affordable energy, job creation and environmental protection through common sense public policy.
2006 – 2015: Served as full time Director of California National Guard State Partnership Program (International Affairs Officer) at the National Guard Headquarters in Sacramento, responsible for military-to-military professional military leadership exchanges between California’s partnership countries of Nigeria and Ukraine.
2001-2005: Served as Branch Manager for the Associated Builders and Contractors Inc, a merit shop (non-union) building contractors association advocating for open competition for public works construction projects and construction industry apprenticeship programs.
2001: Earned Bachelors in Management and Organizational Development from Fresno Pacific University, and earned his commission as an officer in the California Air National Guard.
1999-2001: Worked for 29th District Assemblyman Mike Briggs in the Fresno District Office.
1995-2001: Served as a member of the CA Air National Guard (as an Intelligence Specialist) at the 144th Fighter Wing in Fresno, CA.
1990-1995: Enlisted and served in the US Air Force and served in Operation Desert Storm in Bahrain with RF-4 Phantom Reconnaissance Squadron.
