In 1987 he also swore an oath of service to the US Army to defend the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic. Rudy served in the US Army with 14 years of executive level experience from the unit level to the Pentagon as a logistician and project manager. He managed worldwide projects at the executive level, obtaining and managing million dollar budgets and assets.
Rudy is a business owner specializing in small business web site development. He is a Quality Systems Management Professional. Rudy is the Treasurer for the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2333 Fairfield/Suisun California. He believes in God, the individual, selfless service, integrity, personal courage, and family. Rudy has watched career politicians, in Washington DC and in California, work just to keep their jobs, negatively impacting the way adults and children view the world, who at the same time ignore the needs of the community. |
Rudy Recile Retired Armor, Infantry US Army Officer with 26 years of service, is a US American Citizen with Filipino heritage. He is the son of a single immigrant mother who worked hard to bring her family to the USA from the Philippines.
